Our new tall, slim, 12 month, page a month calendar featuring 12 Scottish landscape images and an interesting fact about something in Scottish history that happened on every single day. For example: 9 January 1811: The World’s first, women only golf tournament, is held at Musselburgh. Fish wives of the town competed for a creel, a skull and 2 silk handkerchiefs. 7 July 1930: Death of the author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, creator of the detective Sherlock Holmes. 16 October 1995: The Skye Bridge is opened to traffic. Huge thank you to all the people that sent in little facts for all the different days. It was fascinating putting everything together and I learned so much about our history as different events started to overlap and fit themselves into the timeline. We also won the best product award at the Scottish Trade show for this design, which was great, I never win awards. Posted in a card back envelope. Made from: Cover 300gsm high quality Arco paper, pages 160gsm Arco paper. Digital printed.
